April is National Poetry Month

National Poetry Month was initially established in 1996 by the Academy of  American Poets to increase arts awareness and appreciation.
Each year, in April, it is celebrated through educational workshops, open mic forums, contests and an array of exciting activities in libraries, schools and arts centers.

You'll even find many online activities to round out the celebration.
In keeping, Poets United would like to invite you to join us as we honor National Poetry Month with a 2-fer!
